Bar Harbor, Maine (Page 1 of 2)

Last block of main street (105k)

Just this block had several mighty tempting restaurants, a blueberry store, and other unusual stores.

There's a giant lobster inside (120k)

One of many lobster restaurants around Bar Harbor. This one aims to grab you while you walk by.

International Sailboat   (89k)

Frenchman's Bay in the summertime makes a fine backdrop for photos as well.

The place for lobstah (116k)

We ate on the deck
overlooking the water.

Main Street, Bar Harbor   (129k)

We really enjoyed wandering up and down this touristy street. The waterfront is behind us, and the store selling lobster ice cream to the left just out of view.

Bar Harbor Grand   (110k)

This hotel was relatively new
and a nice place to hang out. I would definitely recommend it.

You don't see signs like these at your local Wal Mart   (112k)

More unique shops   (132k)

Who wouldn't peek inside a store named Jekyl and Hyde?
